no. 8: "garden tendrils"

I thought of my own outdoor garden wedding when I conceived this "hello love" Garden Tendrils wedding invitation and reply card design.

I am enamored with hand drawn frames so I made this fanciful banner frame to highlight the bride and groom names. 

no. 7: "belle bleu"

This is "Belle Bleu" from my "hello love" wedding collection. Bright blue garlands and a fanciful frame decorate this sweet design. I love the typeface used which was created by an Argentinian artist.

no. 5 "mackenzie"

Here is the second wedding invitation design in my "hello love" collection.

It began with hand-drawn hearts. And what it became was a Mackenzie-Childs inspired design with its whimsical tone and graphic pattern. The all-lower case typepface is jaunty and fun.

I love to wrap beautiful packages. It comes from my mother.

So when I opened the "hello love" shop, I knew I wanted to have a high-quality wrapping paper in my "Everyday Greetings" collection.

My first design is called "Circles" which I designed based on the circles on my studio window curtains. Each 18" x 24" sheet is made of fine vellum and offset-printed locally in Denver.

"Circles" correspondence gift sets which include the wrapping paper sheets are available, too, at "hello love".

"hello" rubber stamp

 The "hello heart" was the first design I created for "hello love". It's a simple greeting that carries heartfelt sentiment.

A sweet "hello heart" gift set is available at "hello love" that includes correspondence cards, envelopes, rubber stamp and address labels.

Custom rubber stamp designs, including those with designsgirl calligraphy, are available.

My "hello love" online paper goods store is open and I am ecstatic to now be a shop owner.

I have mighty plans for "hello love" and hope it will be a delightful source for paper good devotees and brides who are looking for custom wedding gifts, signs, and invitations.

"hello love"- designsgirl's online paper goods shop is opening soon and one of the collections is designed for brides and friends of brides looking for wedding placards, signs, and bridal gifts.

Here is one of the "Wedding" Collection designs that can be used for the guest table, sans the saucy message.

designsgirl is pleased to announce her latest creative venture: "Hello Love"- an online paper goods shop featuring her original hand illustrated designs.

Borne out of a love of hand written correspondence and paper goods, "Hello Love" is a collection of posh notecards, mailing labels, stickers, and downloadable digital illustrations in a series of collections- "Everyday Greetings"; "Weddings"; and "Love Notes".

Throughout the year, designsgirl will introduce new designs and new products to her collection such as bridal gift sets, wrapping paper sheets, custom rubber stamps, and decorative mailing tape. Custom designs are available.

The "Hello Love" shop will open early spring 2011 and, in the meantime, designsgirl will feature a sneak peak of the designs here on her blog.
