designsgirl is a dog lover as are many of her lovely clients so when asked to hand letter a wedding invitation envelope for the bride's dog Lilly Piglet Choi, designgirl was tickled by this loving gesture.

designsgirl loves to hand letter on interesting pieces and when magazine publisher Betsy Marr asked designsgirl to hand letter plates, glasses, cigar boxes, dish towels and leather tags for a corporate getaway to Aspen's Canyon Ranch spa, she was in lettering nirvana. For these plates, use an oil-based Sharpie pen which comes in gold and silver as well as standard colors. Place plates in a cold oven; set oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes to set the ink.
