Sustainable practices, beautiful decor and delicious, fresh food make The Kitchen- located in Boulder and now in downtown Denver- one of my favorite restaurants.

chalkboard wedding name tags designsgirl has been smock-high in chalkboards of all sizes over the past month. These tiny chalkboards are a great alternative to prosaic wedding place cards. Here, I used an Uchida Marvy Bistro Chalk Marker in white for the lettering but I would love to find a chalk marker with a finer tip.

Virginia bride Kristen Franklin and her fiance perform in Gilbert & Sullivan light opera productions and Kristen serves on the board of a non-profit theater company called Four County Players. The couple's wedding will be held at the beautiful Pippin Vineyards in Charlottesville.
