designsgirl likes to experiment when hand lettering to see how different inks and nibs respond to different papers. Normally, the higher the quality of paper, the more fluid and crisper the lettering will be.

Here, I embellished an envelope with a simple flower drawn with a Zig pen and Pitt brushes and used an opera pink gouache for the lettering.
