designsgirl was recently selected by Crane & Co. in Dalton, Massachusetts to become a member of its stationery design team, providing calligraphy for its engraved stationery products.

This is a true honor for me, having regarded Crane & Co. as the preeminence in stationery all of my life.

And in true archetypal southern belle form, when I became engaged 5 years ago, one of my first bridal tasks was to head to the Crane & Co. store in Chicago to order my personalized "Mrs. Shawn McCarter" stationery aka "I am a sophisticated married lady now" stationery, including this engraved note card with an image from our engagement photo.
